The truth about acai berry


This is it!!! The magical fruit all of Hollywood is talking about. Before I begin my story, let me start by stating that it was branches of the acai berry plant that was dipped in gold when they were carrying the ark to water......... It is as old as the Bible.
That being said I am at a tossup as to if it is heavens miracle diet fruit or not. As any woman does, I am always looking for the next great health booster fruit. Something that will make me a wonder woman of sorts in health, simply by taking it. But I do believe, this actually IS it.

All that being said- take it as directed!! ONLY. Too much is NOT a good thing............... I know. I bought some recently that I didnt check the expiration date on and left myself literally 2 days to drink 7 days worth. As it is not cheap, I drank it all in one sitting. IF YOU DO THAT YOU BEST BE SOMEWHERE CLOSE TO A POTTY WITHIN AN HOUR OF TAKING IT. That is all I am gonna say. (also make sure that your near one for the reast of the day as while I write this, it is 6pm..... I drank it at 1 and I am still gurgling in the pit of my stomach!!!)
I think I lost 6 lbs just this afternoon alone WHEW
**Health note: this is not a game. I did not do it on purpose. I do not condone over taking this fruit as ANYTHING can be bad if not taken in moderation. You need to be careful when dieting, or taking anything ............follow all instructions according to your doctor.
